DIY Recipes: How to make avocado chocolate chip ice cream

What you need:

– 800 grams of full fat coconut milk, chilled

– Two ripe avocados, pitted and diced

– Quarter a cup of grated chocolate

– Eight tablespoons of honey

– A handful of fresh mint leaves

How to:

1. Pour the coconut milk, avocados, honey, and mint leaves.

2. Blend till smooth and stir in the chocolate.

3. Freeze for about four hours, mixing thoroughly every half hour.

4. Serve and enjoy.
