DIY Recipes: Omelet with spinach and tomatoes

What you need:

– Three large eggs

– 50 grams of spinach

– Two large tomatoes

– Salt and pepper to taste

How to:

1. Boil the spinach for three minutes.

2. Break and whisk the eggs with pepper, salt and other choice spices.

3. Chop the spinach and tomatoes into small pieces and saute for three minutes.

4. Add the eggs to the vegetables and fry till it becomes well cooked.

5. Serve as desired.
