Rice pudding, as some belief is how God intended us to eat rice. Either you think so or not, rice pudding is one amazing, sumpyuous meal everyone should take, not once or twice but often.
Quite easy to prepare with only a few ingredients which are easily accessible, a good and creamy rice pudding will be achieved.
1. Wash the rice. Put in a pot, add some salt and water. Boil for about 15-20 minutes till rice is tender.
2. Stir in the milk and sugar and cook over medium heat for 30-40 minutes till it thickens, stirring it at intervals.
Note; Do not overcook so that it doesn’t become solid on cooling.
3. You can add some vanilla flavour once done and probably sprinkle cinamom on it.
