Iker Casillas could leave Porto to join Marseille this summer, according to sources in Portugal.
The veteran ‘keeper reportedly has an offer from Marseille, who are willing to offer the 35-year-old a two-year deal.
Casillas joined Porto in 2015 on a two-year contract, with an option for a further year, which both parties had been expecting to activate at the end of the season.
Iker Casillas has appeared in 34 games for Porto so far this season as he has been pretty solid for the Portuguese club. His club have recently been knocked out of the Uefa Champions league as they faced Buffon’s Juventus. Porto are currently second in the Portuguese standings, 1 point off rivals Benfica.
The Spaniard lifted 16 pieces of silverware with Los Blancos, including five La Liga titles and three Champions Leagues.
