Everton midfielder, Aaron Lennon is back in training for the club, after undergoing treatment for a stress related illness.
Lennon was arrested by Police in May and was forced to take a break from the game, to take care of himself.
The Toffees released a statement at the time, saying: “Aaron Lennon is currently receiving care and treatment for a stress-related illness. The club is supporting him through this and his family has appealed for privacy at this time.”
“I’ve had a good first week of training and can’t wait to kick on now,” Lennon said.
“The support I’ve had from Everton, Spurs, their fans, football fans and concerned members of the general public has been incredible.”
Lennon joined Everton on loan from Tottenham in 2015, and later agreed to a permanent £4.5 million transfer.
