Leicester City boss Craig Shakespeare says the club are keeping tabs on former Arsenal full-back Bacary Sagna, though his potential signing is not something that has been discussed at the King Power Stadium as yet.
Bacary Sagna spent the last three years at Manchester City but has been without a club since his release in the summer and Shakespeare says he will review the Frenchman’s situation.
He said: “We have looked at him before but we haven’t spoken about him recently. We are aware of the situation. We will look at it and review.
“We have good defensive cover at the moment and players who can cover in different positions but you always have to make sure that you are aware where the cover might come from if you have one or two injuries.”
